If you are returning an item please enclose your full name, address and order number with the item(s) so your return can be processed.
Delivery to the UK, is £6.99 per order. Our chosen method of shipping is through DPD. When you place your order you will receive an email from us telling you the order was received succesfully.
When we have dispatched your items you will receive a follow up email to let you know your order has been dispatched.
We can ship to international destinations outside of the UK, but there will be an additional shipping charge which will be calculated at checkout.
Once you have placed your order we will dispatch your handmade product within one business day. Delivery times vary, but items are generally delivered within 48 hours of despatch.
We offer a full “no questions asked” returns policy should you wish to return an item. Please read the following returns policy:
You may return any unused items in their original condition within four weeks of delivery for a full refund of the cost of your product minus the original postage costs. You will be responsible for the return delivery costs. We’ll pay the return delivery costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.).
Please be aware Berber rugs, being a natural product, may have slight markings or imperfections, which in our opinion simply add to the character of your rug. If you receive your rug and decide it is not for you simply return it to us and we will refund you. After 7 days of delivery we accept returns only on defective products.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
